Welcome to the Fonts % support center. Here you'll find answers to common questions and ways to reach us if you need help. Fonts % is a custom keyboard app that lets you type in a wide variety of stylish fonts, emoticons, symbols, and decorative text right from your iPhone or iPad keyboard.
Getting Started
How to install the keyboard
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Go to General > Keyboard > Keyboards > Add New Keyboard…
- Select Fonts % from the list.
- Tap Fonts % again and turn on Allow Full Access to enable all features.
- In any app, tap the text field, then press and hold the globe (🌐) key to switch to the Fonts % keyboard.
How to use fonts and styles
Once the keyboard is active, type your text as usual and choose a font style from the style bar. Your text is automatically converted to the selected style, ready to copy or send in messages, social media, and more.
Subscriptions & Purchases
Fonts % offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock all premium fonts and styles. Payments are handled securely by Apple through the App Store.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
- Open the Settings app and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Fonts %, then choose to change or cancel your plan.
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep premium access until the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
How do I restore my purchase?
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open Fonts % and tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I request a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
Frequently Asked Questions
The keyboard doesn't appear when I type.
Make sure you have added Fonts % in Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards. Then tap and hold the globe (🌐) key on the keyboard to switch to it.
Some features are locked. Why?
Premium fonts and styles require an active subscription. Subscribe or restore your purchase to unlock them.
Why does the keyboard ask for Full Access?
Full Access lets the keyboard open the main app (for example, to show the subscription page) and enables full functionality. Fonts % does not record, store, or transmit the text you type. See our Privacy Policy for details.
My styled text shows up as boxes or question marks.
Some apps or older devices may not fully support certain Unicode characters. Try a different font style, or use the text in an app with better Unicode support.
I subscribed but premium features are still locked.
Try tapping Restore Purchases, and ensure you are using the same Apple ID as your purchase. If the problem persists, please contact us using the details below.
